Englewood Basement

This mid century home had a basement finished at various times by previous owners for functionality and without permitting. We took a disjointed, dysfunctional set of rooms and turned it into this contemporary space that has our clients wishing they could redo the main floor as well. Large egress windows provide natural light to help the full depth basement feel lighter. They now have two guest bedrooms, a home gym, an updated, beautiful bathroom and a family room with a wet bar featuring custom made, custom color matched cabinets and wood work. Behind the scenes a brand new furnace and on demand water heater provide energy efficiency and lasting comfort.
